My Prenatal Classes are safe for all 3 trimesters. Come join our warm community of expecting moms and connect to your body, breath & baby.
My 'Yoga for Moms' class caters for all postpartum women - whether you gave birth 6 weeks or 1 year ago. The focus is on building strength in your body, finding ease mentally, & enjoying the support of like-minded moms.
Private (one-on-one) classes are available on request.
